Tools like Adobe Dreamweaver will enable you to design a website and export it as code that a browser can parse. Usually, front-end web development requires understanding languages such as HTML and CSS to build a good-looking, responsive website. The rise in “drag-and-drop” interfaces among website builders has grown, which has allowed people to create their own websites without understanding code.
